Buldak Beef Ramen

Ingredients:
- Thinly sliced beef
- ½ white onion, sliced
- Bok choy
- Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- Garlic cubes (to taste)
- Ginger cubes (to taste)
- Green onion, chopped (for garnish)
- Soy sauce (to taste)
- 1 pack Buldak Carbonara Ramen (including seasoning packets)
- 1 jar Cattle Craft beef broth
- 2 jars water (use the broth jar to measure)
- 1 egg
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
- In a pot or deep pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced beef, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add half a sliced white onion, shiitake mushrooms, and bok choy. Sauté for a few minutes until slightly softened.
- Add garlic and ginger cubes to taste, stirring to combine.
- Pour in one jar of beef broth and then refill the jar twice with water, adding that to the pot as well.
- Stir in a splash of soy sauce and the Buldak Carbonara ramen noodles along with their seasoning packets.
- Return the cooked beef to the pot and stir to combine.
- Crack an egg into the pot, cover with a lid, and let everything simmer until the ramen is cooked and the egg is poached to your liking.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
