Yes our broths are shelf stable up to 6 months. The vegetable broth is up to 18 months.
You do not need to refrigerate unless the jar is opened. We suggest using the broth within 3-4 days after opening.
We do not strain the fat out of our broth, the floating matter is fat that has solidified. Once you reheat the broth, it melts back into the broth.
Yes, the bones sourced for our broth is Zabihah halal.
The bones used in our broth come from an organic pasture raised farm and the beef bones are grass fed.
We do not recommend freezing the broth in the jars, but you can freeze it in an airtight container if needed.
Our broths are perfect for drinking as is and they can be used in cooking as well.
