Little Eats: Ginger Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
Ingredients:
Olive oil
Minced ginger
Minced garlic
Organic ground beef
Black pepper
Sea salt
Paprika
Broccoli
2 tbsp broth ( Cattle Craft Broth, Harvest Tonic Broth )
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the minced ginger and garlic and sauté.
2. Add in the ground beef and cook until until browned.
3. Season with black pepper, sea salt, and paprika
4. Add the broccoli, and pour in your broth. Stir well and let everything cook together for a few minutes.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
