Mushroom Sauce for Steak

1 cup sliced mushrooms πŸ„β€πŸŸ«
1/2 chopped onion
2-3 chopped garlic cloves
1 tsp all purpose flour
1 cup Its Actually chicken broth
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Italian herbs or oregano
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter

INSTRUCTIONS:
πŸ„β€πŸŸ« Melt butter in a pot.
πŸ„β€πŸŸ« Add chopped garlic and onion and sautΓ© for 30 seconds on high heat.
πŸ„β€πŸŸ«Now add your mushroom slices and sautΓ© some more.
πŸ„β€πŸŸ«Then add all purpose flour and mix well for a few seconds before you add your chicken broth
πŸ„β€πŸŸ« Let it boil and then add your heavy cream.
πŸ„β€πŸŸ« Now add your seasonings and cook on medium until it thickens to a desired consistency
πŸ„β€πŸŸ« You can leave it a little bit runny at this point because it thickens up while sitting.
πŸ„β€πŸŸ« Enjoy with your steak
